Updating a sentence, fixing a typo, or changing a price on your website should not feel scary. This guide will walk you through how to safely edit text on your website, even if you are not technical, and help you avoid breaking the layout.
Most modern sites use a content management system such as WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or Wix. The steps below are written in a way that will make sense for almost all of them.
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress dashboard

- Open your browser and go to <

Step 2: Go to the page you want to edit

- At the top left, click the WordPress logo or the Home icon and choose Visit Site.
- Use your website’s menu to navigate to the page you want to change.

At the top of that page, click Edit with Elementor.

Step 3: Log in to your WordPress dashboard

- Move your mouse over the text you want to change.
- Click on the text block. The Elementor panel on the left will show the content.

Make your changes by simply typing in the text field.
